While Petoskey teams did not make any of the finals in their own
tournament, they finished first as terrific ambassadors for their
beautiful community.

There seemed to be an ample measure of both Fun and Games at this
years tournament. U-11 Boys GSSC Vipers received the Most Outstanding

Saturday night's Parade of Teams. |

While most the teams are from Michigan, the tournament does attract
Canadian teams and this year had one team from South Bend. |

The new Petoskey waterfront saw its share of soccer shirts this
weekend as out of town visitors had a chance to visit one of Americas
hottest designations. Bay Harbor, a new golf and boating community
was featured prominently in a recent article in the Wall Street
Journal. Petoskeys new townscape gives it the appearance of being
both old and new. |

Jim Ehrnst and Ginny Nelson- Lets give a nice cyberhand to these
two wonderful people. Once again the tournament went off like
clockwork. They should be building a statue somewhere for these
two. |
